The aim of the committee is to regulate and supervise the payment of academic incentives to be made to the academics working under public higher education institutions and handle the objections related to them based on the Regulations Governing Academic Incentives. The committee has been formed based on the Regulations Governing Academic Incentive Allowance published in the Official Gazette dated 14 May 2018 and with the GTU Senate's decision made on 11 July 2018 during its session numbered 2018/08.

Academic incentive applications will be made through the Academic Incentive Management System. Using this system, you can bring your academic activities from YÖKSİS within the announced calendar, associate them with the necessary documents and submit them to the department commission approval and start the process.
