Academic Incentives Regulation, Supervision and Objections Committee

 

The aim of the committee is to regulate and supervise the payment of academic incentives to be made to the academics working under public higher education institutions and handle the objections related to them based on the Regulations Governing Academic Incentives. The committee has been formed based on the Regulations Governing Academic Incentive Allowance published in the Official Gazette dated 14 May 2018 and with the GTU Senate's decision made on 11 July 2018 during its session numbered 2018/08.

2023 ACADEMIC INCENTIVE ALLOWANCE APPLICATION AND EVALUATION CALENDAR  

04.01.2024 - 16.01.2024  

Preparing the academic incentive documents of the academic staff and uploading them to the ATYS online application system (https://akademiktesvik.gtu.edu.tr/) and making online applications; subsequently submitting the Academic Incentive YÖKSİS Application Form and Academic Incentive Allowance Declaration Form (FR-0551) with wet signature to the department / department heads where their staff are located  

17.01.2024 - 20.01.2024

Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commissions (Preliminary Review Commission) examine the documents submitted by the Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commissions (Preliminary Review Commission) through the ATYS system, forward the results to the Academic Incentive Regulation, Supervision and Appeal Commission (Academic Incentive Commission) through the system and submit the report form with wet signature to the Academic Incentive Commission  

22.01.2024 - 25.01.2024  

Reviewing the decisions of the preliminary review committee by the Academic Incentive Commission through the ATYS system and making the final decision  

26.01.2024  

Announcement of the decisions of the Academic Incentive Commission on GTU's website and ATYS website in accordance with the LPPD (Individual results and explanations, if any, can be accessed privately from the ATYS application system)  

27.01.2024 - 01.02.2024 

Objections to the decisions of the Academic Incentive Commission are received through the ATYS online application system and with wet signature  

02.02.2024 - 06.02.2024  

Discussing and deciding the appeals by the Academic Incentive Commission, announcing the final results and sending these results to the relevant units for payment  

 

 

Academic incentive applications will be made through the Academic Incentive Management System.

Using this system, you can bring your academic activities from YÖKSİS within the announced calendar, associate them with the necessary documents and submit them to the department commission approval and start the process.
