1. Prepares a course file sample and organizes the digital version of the file sample to be added to the departmental FEDEK link by the Informatics commission after the approval of the FEDEK accreditation commission.
2. Reminds the professors of the department about the deadline to submit their course files to the department secretariat three weeks before the end of each semester (1st week of May for spring semester).
3. Checks all completed course files and makes a written suggestion for the elimination of deficiencies. Ensures that the files with no deficiencies are given to the archive commission for archiving.
