Our Quality Certificates

 

HISTORY OF CERTIFICATION

Regarding the quality studies carried out in our organization; ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 10002:2018 Customer Complaint Management System systems were certified by Türk Loydu as of December 2017. Activities for the 3rd recertification are being carried out and the implementation and development of the systems are continued with follow-up audits that have been ongoing for 7 years. Preparations for ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System certification were completed under the consultancy of Teknopark Istanbul A.Ş., as a result of the joint efforts of the Department of Construction and Technical Affairs and the Institutional Development and Quality Coordination Office, and the certificate was awarded on 01.10.2024.

At the same time, as of August 2021, ISO 27001:2017 Information Security Management System was certified by DigiCert. In 2023, re-certification was carried out by InspectCert.
