MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate in Mevlana Exchange Program;
- The student must be registered at associate degree, bachelor degree, master degree or PhD degree of higher education programs.
- Grade point average (GPA) for; Associate degree and undergraduate students must be at least 2,5/4.00, Graduate students (MA, PhD) must be at least 3.00/4.00.
- The associate or bachelor degree students studying in preparation classes cannot participate in this program.
- The master degree or PhD degree students in preparation or in scientific preparation classes cannot participate in this program.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
For students:
- Candidate Student Application Form (2 Copies)
- Student Application Form (2 Copies)
- Photo (on the application forms)
- Transcript (English)
- Foreign Language Certificate (2 Copies)
*TOEFL IBT (of score at least 72) or an official English test score recognized by your government and/or university
6. All the forms must be filled on the computer.
7. Applicants must apply for valid Mevlana Agreements and quotas.
For Academic Staff:
1. Academic Staff Information Form (2 Copies)
2. Academic Staff Mobility Programme (2 Copies)
3. Photo (on the application forms)
4. CV (2 Copies)
5. Relating to the department that is applied to: (If available) Publications, Projects, Studies etc.

6.It is essential to fill the information of “department coordinator” on the application form and the form must be signed by the department head. In case of not being able to reach the department coordinator, head of the department has the authority to sign the documents.
7.In case of not being able to find the necessary information for some parts such as “coordinator of the host university” or “Mevlana code of the host university”, please leave blank.
8.Applications will be submitted directly to Mevlana Exchange Programme Coordinatorship between the specified dates.
