The duties and powers of the Institute Board are as stated in the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and the Regulation on Academic Organisation;

To decide on the education, training, scientific research and publication activities of the Institute and the principles, plan, programme and education calendar related to these activities,
To elect members to the board of directors of the institute,
To perform other duties assigned by this law.
