General Information

The MOKE (Magneto-optic Kerr effect) setup can measure the magnetization behavior of nano-structured ferromagnetic thin films at room temperature. It is also very fast and cheap compared to other magnetometers. Now the measurements are possible only at room temperature. But the low temperature option will also be added soon. The picture presents the optical, mechanical and some electronic parts of the MOKE setup on an optical table.
