The Faculty of Architecture was established on 03 July 1992 by Law No. 3837. The aim of the establishment is to carry out education, training and research activities at national and international level at the graduate level. The Faculty of Architecture includes the Department of Architecture, Department of Urban and Regional Planning and Department of Industrial Design. Graduate education has been enriched with the master's programmes in the Departments of Architecture and Urban and Regional Planning, which started in 1996, and the PhD and Second Cycle Non-Thesis Master's programmes in the Department of Architecture, which were opened in 2015.

The Department of Industrial Design within our faculty is planned to start its education activities in a short time. Undergraduate education was started in the Department of Architecture in 2008-2009 academic year and in the Department of City and Regional Planning in 2017-2018 academic year. In addition to the young, dynamic and student-oriented teaching staff, each of whom are experts in their fields, an interactive education is carried out by ensuring the participation of colleagues from the market in the courses. With our Erasmus agreements, student exchange can be made with schools in member countries of the European Union.

Fakültede bilgisayar laboratuvarı, yapı malzemesi laboratuvarı, lazer kesici, üç boyutlu yazıcı ve özel kütüphanemiz bulunmaktadır. Öğretim elemanlarımız tarafından tasarlanan ve pek çok ödüle layık görülen binamız bir eğitim aracı olarak tasarlanmış ve buna göre inşa edilmiştir.
