Equipment | Equipments found in laboratory: 1. Machining Centre A DECKEL MAHO DMU 60 P five axis machining centre has been found (Figure 1.). MicroscopesTool wear is measured using Nikon SMZ800 optic microscope at 50x magnification (Figure 2.). Figure 2. Nikon SMZ800 microscope.3. DynamometerCutting forces at metal cutting processes are measured using KISTLER 9257B type dynamometer (Figure 3.). Technical specifications of dynamometer are shown in Table 2. Surface Roughness Measurement DeviceRoughness measurement of machined surfaces is carried out with Mitutoyo Surftest SJ 301 type portative surface roughness measurement device (Figure 5.).
