Right to Information
The Right to Information Law entered into force on 24.04.2004. The "Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of the Right to Information Law", which is one of the most important regulations in the Turkish public administration, was published in the Official Gazette dated 27.04.2004.

Application for Information Acquisition The requested information or document shall be notified to the applicant before the expiry of 15 working days. If it concerns more than one institution or organisation, access to the information or document shall be provided within 30 working days.
