Mission

The mission of the Personnel Department is to carry out studies on the manpower planning and personnel policies of our University, to make suggestions on the development of the personnel system, to ensure coordination with the units in the Organisation Chart of our University, to inform and guide about the legislation, to provide fast, accurate, efficient, regular, harmonious and coordinated service.

 

Vision

To determine the personnel policy in the light of scientific data by using the best technology in the manpower planning of the university, to make suggestions on the development of the personnel system. To carry out the procedures related to the appointment, personal and retirement affairs of the university staff. To organise pre-service and in-service training programmes for academic and administrative staff and to raise their level of education to the highest level.
