1.Event Information All events (conferences, panels, symposiums, congresses, ceremonies, meetings, dinners, seminars, banquets, concerts, cocktails, etc.) organised by the University are added to the website upon request to inform the institution and the press.
2.Announcements and Invitations To announce university events such as opening and graduation ceremonies, conferences, panels, seminars, symposiums, meetings, concerts, festivals, etc. to the relevant people through invitations, posters, internet and similar means.
3.Press Coordination Coordinating the university's relations with the press, organising press conferences and providing support to the units within the university when necessary.
4.Protocol and Hospitality To organise the programme flow of Rectorate events; to plan protocol services, guest reception and hospitality programmes and reservations; to ensure that protocol lists and contact information are up-to-date.
5.Media Monitoring and Reporting To follow local, national and international written, audio, visual and digital media; to process, archive and present the data obtained to the relevant managers.
6.Press Communication Establishing effective and continuous communication with press organisations.
7. News Dissemination To ensure that news about the university is effectively covered in the media.
8.News Preparation To ensure that the information received by the unit is converted into news format and published or to carry out the necessary procedures for its publication.
9.Website Up-to-date To follow the update of the websites of the university and affiliated units and to notify the relevant units when necessary.
10.Social Media Management Managing the social media accounts of the institution, keeping them up to date, analysing interaction and followers and reporting the data obtained to the relevant units.
11. Preparation of Promotional Materials To design all kinds of promotional materials for the promotion of the university.
12.Fairs and Organisations To establish the necessary connections for the participation of the university in fairs and to organise these events.
13.Organising Promotional Events Organising events such as exhibitions, trips, fairs, meetings, promotion days and career days to promote the university.
14.E-mail Announcements To organise the announcement of issues such as death, blood donation, etc. via e-mail for corporate communication purposes.
