Duties

• To prepare the agenda of the University Senate, draft decisions, and ensure their distribution to relevant units.

 

• To prepare the agenda of the University Executive Board, draft decisions, and ensure their distribution to relevant units.

 

• To record incoming documents addressed to the university and arrange their referral.

 

• To conduct procedures related to the Registered Electronic Mail System (KEP), including sending and receiving mail via KEP.

 

• To manage all postal operations.

 

• To handle internal and external correspondence.

 

• To carry out other duties assigned by the Rector.
