Students placed based on Additional Article 1 in the 2025-2026 Fall Semester: *If you have applied for more than one program and been placed, you may be enrolled in one program of your choice only.
FINALIZED ENROLLMENTS : August 25, 2025 - September 5, 2025
Those students who are entitled to finalized enrollment are only required to send the "Yatay Geçiş Yapmasına Engel Yoktur" (No Objection to Lateral Transfer) letter to the e-mail address lisansonlinekayit@gtu.edu.tr between August 25, 2025 and September 5, 2025. The letter must be obtained from the university where the student is currently enrolled. *Please remember to include in your e-mail the program you would like to enroll in.
Those students who are already enrolled in our university are not required to obtain the abovementioned letter. They must send an e-mail stating "...... bölümü ..... numaralı öğrenciyim. ......... ek madde 1 kapsamında kayıt işlemlerimin yapılmasını talep ediyorum." (I am currently enrolled in the Department of ....................... with the student number .................. I request that my enrollment procedures be completed under ........... Additional Article 1.)
Those students who are exempt from or have passed the Preparatory Program are required to apply for course substitution to the department they have been placed in along with their transcript and curriculum right before the registration renewals start.
Those students who will attend the Preparatory Program are not required to carry out the course registration procedures. The list of students who will attend the preparatory program is shared wih the Department of Foreign Languages.
Dear students, It is of utmost importance that you obtain your e-mail adress with the GTU extension. We will be contacting you via your GTU e-mail address; e-mails from other addresses will not be responded to for you. Only the e-mail addresses with the GTU extension may be used to log in to a possible online exam or class. That is why you must obtain your e-mail address shortly after you have finalized your enrollment.
