Innovative Demos and Graduation Projects Presented by GTU Faculty of Engineering

— Senior students from the departments within the Faculty of Engineering showcased the graduation projects they had developed throughout the academic year at a series of departmental events.

— Covering a wide range of fields, from artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to disaster management and digital twin technologies, the projects attracted significant interest from academic juries and industry representatives.

 

Graduation Project Showcase Across the Faculty of Engineering

Senior students from the departments within the Faculty of Engineering presented the graduation projects they had meticulously developed throughout the academic year.

 

Students from the Department of Computer Engineering demonstrated software, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity projects, while students from the Department of Bioengineering presented 50 oral and 80 poster presentations during the 5th Bioengineering Graduation Days. The Department of Mechanical Engineering successfully organized its Graduation Projects Day and Seminar, featuring 12 TÜBİTAK-supported projects as well as the NİTEM Certificate Ceremony.

 

Meanwhile, students from the Department of Geomatics Engineering delivered presentations on smart campus and digital twin applications as part of Graduation Project Days 2026, while students from the Department of Civil Engineering presented poster projects focusing on earthquake performance and sustainable construction materials. Undergraduate students from the Department of Chemical Engineering successfully presented their Industry-Oriented Research Projects, addressing current industrial needs. In addition, senior students from the Departments of Environmental Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Materials Science and Engineering concluded the academic year by presenting the graduation and design projects they had developed throughout the semester.
