March 5, 2026 - GTU Office of Press and Public Relations A "Cooperation Protocol on Institutional Health" is signed between Gebze Technical University (GTU) and Istanbul Okan University, aiming to provide comprehensive health services for university members. The protocol is officially signed by GTU Rector Prof. Hacı Ali Mantar and Ercan Özgül, MD, General Manager of the Health Application and Research Center at Istanbul Okan University.
Under the protocol, Istanbul Okan University Hospital will conduct various health screenings for GTU staff and students on campus. In addition, educational programs, expert-led seminars, and awareness activities will be organized in the areas of physical and psychological health. These initiatives aim to promote preventive healthcare, encourage healthy lifestyle habits, increase awareness of mental health, and enhance access to preventive health services for both university staff and students.
The protocol was prepared and will be implemented under the coordination of GTU Social Impact Coordination Office. |
