A scientific research project titled “Graphs Constructed From Certain Special Elements of Rings and Their Applications,” led by Assoc. Prof. Gülşen Ulucak from Gebze Technical University, with Sevcan Işıkay, PhD, serving as a researcher, is awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK ARDEB 1002-A Rapid Support Module.

The project aims to define the concepts of J-clean graphs and J-nilpotent graphs, to investigate their theoretical properties, and to derive new results in ring theory through graph-theoretical methods. In addition, the relationships between these newly proposed graphs and the clean, nil-clean, and idempotent graphs existing in the literature will be examined. Through these studies, the project seeks to establish a new and strong connection between ring theory and graph theory. By introducing original concepts and relationships between these two fields, the project aims to offer new perspectives on the literature.

The 12-month project will be carried out with the participation of one principal investigator, two researchers, and one graduate scholarship holder. The project outcomes are planned to be disseminated through national and international conference presentations and scientific journal articles, and to provide contributions to a graduate thesis.
