November 25, 2025 - GTU Office of Press and Public Relations Gebze Technical University (GTU) Sustainability Coordination Office publishes its Sustainability Report for 2024, highlighting the university’s multifaceted efforts in environmental, social, and governance areas. To ensure secure and verifiable access in digital format, the report is assigned e-ISBN: 978-625-94974-4-0. It not only presents GTU’s sustainability vision but also serves as a comprehensive guide for both internal and external stakeholders.
The report was prepared with contributions from Vice-Rector for Research Prof. Elif Damla Arısan, GTU Sustainability Office Coordinator and Faculty Member Prof. Melek Özkan, Muhammet Bahri Kırıkçı (PhD), and Zeynep Göktaş.
Presenting GTU’s current practices, goals, and strategic approach in sustainability in a holistic structure, the report also details the university’s collaboration-based initiatives, research, and activities conducted within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17 – Partnerships for the Goals and its sub-targets.
In this respect, the report stands out as a key reference resource in the university’s sustainability-focused development journey.
