November 11, 2025 - GTU Office of Press and Public Relations GTU, in collaboration with the Darıca District Directorate of National Education, organizes a TÜBİTAK Project Preparation Training, which focuses on enhancing teachers’ competencies in scientific project development.
Gebze Technical University (GTU) continues to strengthen its collaborations with educational stakeholders in the region. In this context, a TÜBİTAK Project Preparation Training was held for teachers under the coordination of the Darıca District Directorate of National Education (MEM).
Supported by GTU’s scientific expertise, this significant training aimed to enhance teachers’ competencies in developing and conducting scientific projects. The training was delivered by Prof. Barış Binay, a faculty member of the GTU Faculty of Engineering, Department of Bioengineering.
Enhancing Project Development Capacity Throughout the training, teachers gained comprehensive knowledge on critical topics such as TÜBİTAK project application processes, research design, and fostering a project-oriented mindset. The activity aimed to better equip teachers for upcoming scientific project competitions. Gebze Technical University continues to provide substantial support for the dissemination of scientific project culture and the improvement of educational quality in the region. |
