GTU Preparatory Program students meet with young learners through interactive English activities organized at Darıca Kazım Karabekir Primary School.
As part of its community engagement activities, Gebze Technical University (GTU) Department of Foreign Languages visited the Darıca Kazım Karabekir Primary School and spent an enjoyable and educational day with the students.
During the visit, which took place with the active participation of GTU Preparatory Program students, various interactive activities were organized to increase children’s interest in English and to teach the language in a fun way. Enriched with games, storytelling, and group work, the event allowed young learners to both have fun and practice their English.
This special gathering not only offered children the opportunity to experience English in a joyful atmosphere but also helped GTU students develop their communication, leadership, and social responsibility skills. The Department of Foreign Languages aims to continue supporting students’ learning motivation and enhancing community engagement through similar activities in the future.
