October 20, 2025 - GTU Office of Press and Public Relations The “University Rankings for Türkiye” for 2025, prepared by the URAP Research Laboratory within Middle East Technical University (METU), are announced. In this notable ranking, Gebze Technical University (GTU) stands out with a remarkable achievement, maintaining its position among the top universities.
In the evaluation conducted by URAP, GTU has ranked 5th among hundreds of institutions in Türkiye in the "Universities Without a Medical Faculty" category.
This result is regarded as a reflection of GTU’s consistent success in academic performance criteria such as scientific publications, project output, international collaborations, and education quality. GTU has appeared immediately after the long-established technical universities, highlighting its strong position in technical education. |
