GTU Academic Included in International Research Project

Assoc. Prof. Fatma Karaoğlu-Ceyhan, a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at Gebze Technical University (GTU), will participate as an external researcher in an international research project conducted in collaboration with Kuwait University.

Following academic collaborations with Prof. Anton Betten and Prof. Abdullah Alazemi from the Department of Mathematics at Kuwait University, Assoc. Prof. Karaoğlu-Ceyhan has been invited to participate in the project as an external researcher.

Prof. Karaoğlu-Ceyhan will contribute to the project titled “Classification of Combinatorial Objects” (Project No. SM03/22).

The project aims to develop solutions for issues related to error-detecting codes used in internet communications. The work on combinatorial objects is expected to contribute to the development of new methods based on algebraic structures.
