September 11, 2025 - GTU Office of Press and Public Relations Gebze Technical Education and Research Foundation (GTEAV) and the OLPAK Foundation for Education, Research, and Solidarity (OLPAK Foundation) sign a cooperation protocol to support the talents of the future.
The memorandum, signed by OLPAK Chairman Nail Olpak and GTEAV Chairman Prof. Hacı Ali Mantar, aims to strengthen equal opportunities in education by providing scholarships for students.
While the OLPAK Foundation carries out social projects and training programs, GTEAV continues to contribute to the development of Gebze Technical University (GTU) in the fields of science, technology, culture, and sports, as well as to support industry-university collaboration.
Speaking about this important agreement, GTEAV Chairman Prof. Hacı Ali Mantar said: “The opportunities we provide for our students are the most important steps toward supporting our youth and reinforcing our country’s leadership in science and technology. These supports remove financial barriers and enable every talented student to fully reach their potential. At GTU, our students are our most valuable asset, and with the confidence we have in them, we will continue to support them in every way. I wish this valuable cooperation to be beneficial for all our students.”
Emphasizing that every investment in education is the most valuable investment in the country’s future, Nail Olpak stated: “As OLPAK Foundation, with our motto ‘İyilik Gelenektir’ (Goodness is Tradition), this collaboration with GTEAV holds special meaning for us as it directly contributes to the educational journey of our youth. Our greatest wish is for the students we support with scholarships to grow not only with academic success but also as individuals who add value to society.”
Through this cooperation, the scope and quality of the support to be offered to students is expected to increase. |
