Travel Grants for Young Mathematicians Award Goes to GTU Academic

Pelin Ayşe Gökgöz (PhD), Lecturer at the Gebze Technical University (GTU) Cybersecurity Vocational School, is awarded the prestigious "Travel Grants for Young Mathematicians" by the International Society for Analysis, its Applications and Computation (ISAAC), a distinction granted to outstanding mathematicians under the age of 40 specializing in Analysis.

Selected from a global pool of applicants, Gökgöz has earned the opportunity to participate in the 15th International ISAAC Congress, which will be held at Nazarbayev University in Astana, Kazakhstan, from July 21–25, 2025.

Presented by ISAAC, one of the world’s largest societies in the field of Analysis, this award provides young mathematicians with a chance to present their work on an international platform and connect with leading figures in the discipline. Through this recognition, Lecturer Gökgöz will be able to share her research with a broader audience and engage with prominent mathematicians in the field.
