At Gebze Technical University (GTU), the 2024–2025 Academic Year Divisional Performance Review Meetings officially begin. Chaired by Rector Prof. Hacı Ali Mantar and attended by the vice-rectors, the meetings focus on reviewing the 2024 goals, success rates, and strategic planning for 2025 across academic divisions.
Within the scope of the meetings, key performance indicators such as the number of academic publications, patent applications, project proposals, support provided for student societies, and university-industry collaborations are being assessed in detail. Heads of divisions deliver presentations on their division's activities, while improvement suggestions aligned with strategic goals are actively discussed.
Commenting on the meetings, Rector Prof. Hacı Ali Mantar stated: “We continue to work in close cooperation with our divisions to sustain and further enhance the academic success of our university. These meetings serve as a significant roadmap in achieving our institutional goals.”
