QS World University Rankings 2025 results are announced. In the rankings, which evaluated 5,200 institutions based on reputation and research output, 1,747 institutions were assessed across five broad and 55 specific subject areas. Gebze Technical University (GTU) achieves significant success by ranking in the 501-550 band in the Natural Sciences - Chemistry category.
Recognized globally for its prestige, the QS World University Rankings are determined based on academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty-to-student ratio, research citations, and international faculty/student ratios. GTU’s success in the field of chemistry is considered an indication of the university’s international recognition in research and education quality.
Commenting on the ranking results, GTU Rector Prof. Hacı Ali Mantar stated: "Our university’s success in the field of chemistry is a result of the dedication and hard work of our faculty members and students.
