Gebze Technical University (GTU) signs a significant collaboration agreement with Betek Boya, one of Türkiye's leading paint companies, as part of its university-industry collaboration efforts. A "Protocol on Certified Training Program Services" is signed between the GTU Continuing Education Application and Research Center (SEM) and Betek Boya ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş.
The signing ceremony, held at the GTU Rectorate, was attended by GTU Rector Prof. Hacı Ali Mantar, Betek Boya ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. CEO Hasan Gökhan Güner, GTU Vice-Rector Prof. Mahmut Durmuş, and representatives from Betek Boya.
Under the protocol, training programs will be organized in collaboration with SEM and Betek Boya to train participants as qualified specialists in the paint industry, support their professional careers, and contribute to the development of collaboration with public institutions, the private sector, and international organizations.
This collaboration will play a crucial role in enhancing the skilled workforce in the paint industry and contributing to the sector’s growth. |
