Asst. Prof. Muhammed Ali Keçebaş from GTU's Department of Mechanical Engineering receives support under 2232-B International Fellowship for Early Stage Researchers Program.
Muhammed Ali Keçebaş, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Gebze Technical University (GTU), has been awarded support under the TÜBİTAK 2232-B International Fellowship for Early Stage Researchers Program. The Scientific and Technological Research Institution of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) has granted support to Prof. Keçebaş’s project titled “Inverse Design of Electromagnetic Perfect Absorbers from Non-Hermitian Perspective.” The primary focus of the project is to design micro- and nanoscale structures capable of perfect electromagnetic wave absorption or emission for applications in sensors, energy, and defense. Upon its completion, the project is expected to contribute to the development of innovative devices for use in energy and defense applications, such as sensors, solar panels, and thermal camouflage systems. Additionally, the project aims to enhance the understanding of wave-matter interactions, thereby expanding the level of knowledge in this field.
