Gökben Aydilek (PhD), a research assistant in the Department of Economics at Gebze Technical University (GTU), is awarded the 2024 first-place prize for her doctoral dissertation titled “Essays on Health Economics” at the award program organized as part of the 95th anniversary events of the Turkish Economics Association (TEK).
The significant work by Aydilek was conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Hanife Deniz Yurtseven, a faculty member in the GTU Department of Economics. The award ceremony took place on December 15, 2024 at the TOBB-ETÜ Campus in Ankara.
