Prof. Bünyemin Çoşut, a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at Gebze Technical University’s (GTU) Faculty of Science, receives the 2024 TÜBİTAK Incentive Award in the field of natural sciences from our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The "Science, Special, Service, and Incentive Awards", presented annually by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), were awarded during a ceremony held under the auspices of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Beştepe National Congress and Cultural Center.
Prof. Bünyemin Çoşut from GTU was honored with the 2024 TÜBİTAK Incentive Award in the field of natural sciences and personally received his award from our President Erdoğan.
In his remarks, our President Erdoğan congratulated the scientists who have received awards in 2024 for their dedicated efforts in science and technology, expressing his belief that these accomplishments will inspire other researchers.
At GTU, Prof. Bünyemin Çoşut conducts research on photoactive organic and inorganic materials, energy and sensor applications, as well as fundamental photophysics and photochemistry.
