Gebze Technical University (GTU) is ranked 466th on QS's list of the top universities in Europe. According to the data, GTU has produced more than twice the regional average in terms of the number of publications.
QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), which evaluates and ranks the performance of higher education institutions each year based on various criteria such as the number of international publications, international research network, and sustainability, has announced the top universities in Europe in "QS World University Rankings: Europe 2025". Among the best 500 universities, 21 universities from Türkiye made it onto the list. In QS's list, Gebze Technical University (GTU) is ranked 466th. According to the data, GTU has produced more than twice the regional average in terms of the number of publications, making it the institution in Türkiye with the highest number of publications per faculty member.
