May 29, 2024-GTU Office of Press and Public Relations GTU adds a new one to its international collaborations.
Associate Professor Svetla Boneva from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia and Ms. Gergana Kirilova, Head of the University Administration at the Rector's Office, met with GTU Vice-Rector Prof. Hasari Çelebi, GTU Faculty of Business Administration's Dean Prof. Hüseyin İnce, and academics from GTU's Faculty of Business Administration. The meeting focused on student and staff mobility between the universities, joint academic studies, and particularly on climate change, the Green Deal, sustainability, and energy poverty. In this context, the alignment of both universities’ views on student and staff exchange mobility and joint academic work was emphasized. It was also agreed upon that Gebze Technical University may potentially make visits to UNWE in the near future.
During this meeting on common cooperation areas between Gebze Technical University and UNWE, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the two universities.
