Attention to Our 4th Year Students:
-
In order not to affect your graduation status, before selecting courses please log into the Student Information System with your password and check the Curriculum Status section (or Additional Procedures) to make sure you have taken all required courses (especially elective groups).
-
Ensure that you select your courses from the correct elective group. When choosing, first review the 2nd year fall and spring, 3rd year fall and spring, and 4th year fall and spring courses. If you have any missing ones, please prioritize completing them accordingly. Even if a course is opened in the fall, you may complete your missing elective by taking it in the spring if it is available.
-
For courses that you will not transfer, please make sure to select them through the option “Add as a new course without transfer”. Otherwise, if you select the transfer option, it will be counted as a replacement for a course you have already taken, and your elective requirement may remain incomplete. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!
-
Students who have never taken or failed Molecular Genetics II may take an elective course instead this semester, as this course has been closed. Students who have already passed it are not affected.
-
According to the regulations, if your GPA (can be checked from the Curriculum Status or your transcript) is above 2.5, or at least above 2.0 with 160 completed credits, you may take more than 35 ECTS up to a maximum of 40 ECTS.
Since your academic advisors will be approving course selections on Wednesday, please complete your registration procedures as soon as possible, taking the above information into consideration.
