The "Düzce Bolu AR-GE Proje Pazarı" competition, held on May 15and 16, 2024 and was supported by Düzce University, Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, DUSIMER, Düzce Technopark, Bolu Technocity, Düzce TTO and TUBITAK, has been completed. The competition included numerous projects from various fields such as biotechnology and nanotechnology, machinery and manufacturing technologies, information technologies, defence industry technologies, medical and health applications, production and applications of construction materials, energy and alternative energy technologies, composite technologies and applications, electrical and electronics technologies, food and agricultural technologies, environmental technologies, textile industry technologies and chemical/pharmaceutical technologies. Among the students who participated in different categories, Faruk Barbaros KALYONCU, 4th year student in our Department of Molecular Engineering, was the winner. Among the students participating in various categories, Faruk Barbaros KALYONCU, a fourth-year student in our Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, won the third place in the Ali Kuşçu Young Talents category with his project entitled "Isolation and Purification of Probiotic Bacteria from Healthy Honeybees for Use in Bee Diseases"," which was prepared under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mine Gül ŞEKER. As Gebze University of Technology, we congratulate our student and wish him continued success.
