Student Representative Election

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS!

In accordance with the GTU Student Council Directive, we kindly request your participation in the student representative election to be held in class 107 on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 between 11:30-15:30.

In the elections to be held to determine the student representatives of our Faculty's Departments, in accordance with the Student Council Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2020 and numbered 31154, our students who wish to be candidates must submit their petitions to the Department Secretariat by the end of business hours on 22 October 2024.

The petition must be accompanied by a;

• criminal record document (can be obtained from e-government)
• student certificate
• transcript
• disciplinary certificate
• a written declaration that they are not a member or officer of a political party.
