Student Representative Election

Within the scope of the Regulation on Student Councils of Higher Education Institutions and National Student Council of Higher Education Institutions, the election of our Department's Student Representative will be held on November 12, 2024 between 11:00-13:00 in the Mechanical Engineering Department Building, Classroom Z-14. Students who want to be a candidate must submit a petition stating that they want to be a candidate until 12.11.2024 at 09:00 and the documents (transcript) showing that they have the qualifications specified below to the department secretary.

Qualifications to be sought in student representative candidates
ARTICLE 6 - (1) Students who will be candidates for student representatives;
a) Being a student enrolled in at least the second year of the relevant faculty, college, conservatory or vocational school,
b) Not having received any disciplinary punishment other than warning,
c) Not to have been suspended during the period in which the selection is made,
d) A cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher out of 4 or 70 or higher out of 100,
