We are looking for a teammate who will work with us for a long term, in the 3rd or 4th grade.

Working style: Hybrid (Office 1-2 days a week)

Job Description:
Campaign Planning: Contribute to campaign planning for special days (Black Friday, New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.) and seasonal discount periods.
Promotion Strategies: Determine promotions suitable for customer segments and help implement them on e-commerce platforms.
Monitoring Market Trends: Research new sales trends, customer behaviors and shopping habits in the sector. Support the development of innovative marketing and sales strategies.
Pricing Strategies: Assist in determining product prices and price optimization processes. Ensure that products are offered at competitive prices by conducting market analyses.
Customer Segmentation: Assist in creating sales strategies that appeal to different customer segments.
Monitoring Sales Performance: Analyze sales performance on the e-commerce platform, make recommendations for products with low sales, and develop strategies to increase sales.
