HPLC-Instructions

• Persons who will use the device for the first time should first contact the device manager.
• Get your appointment times in accordance with the time you will perform the analysis. For appointment confirmation, please send your information to gseker@gtu.edu.tr
• When making an appointment, enter the working hours, the detector type you will use, and your contact number, please.
• In case of cancellation, delete your appointment from the system and inform the device manager, please.
• Fill in the notebook next to the HPLC to indicate the detector you use, the mobile phase solution, the time when the study started and the study was finished, and the appropriate mobile phase before and after the study. 
• The different mobile phases used are collected in different waste containers. Attach a label containing the name of the waste solution to be collected on the waste container and do not mix different wastes with each other.
• At the end of the work, leave the area you are working on clean. Due to the pandemic, it is requested to clean the contacted areas with 70% ethanol solution after each use.
• If you encounter any problems, please contact the device manager.
