Applications for the 2026–2027 Fall Semester Technical Universities Association (TUB) Joint Graduate Course Pool Are Now Open
Applications for the joint graduate course pool for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year have commenced within the framework of the Technical Universities Association (TUB), of which our university is also a member institution.
What is the Technical Universities Association (TUB)?
The Technical Universities Association (TUB) is a platform established to strengthen cooperation among technical universities in Türkiye in the fields of education and training, research, and development. Through the TUB joint graduate course pool, our students may apply for graduate courses offered not only by our university but also by other technical universities that are members of TUB, thereby benefiting from the academic expertise and resources of different institutions.
Application Schedule
• Start Date: 10 August 2026
• Deadline: 6 September 2026
• Applications must be submitted online exclusively via https://tub.yildiz.edu.tr/ between the dates specified above.
Application Process
Graduate students wishing to apply are required to follow the steps below:
- Visit https://tub.yildiz.edu.tr/.
- Create a user account using your institutional e-mail address ending in @gtu.edu.tr, which has been assigned to you by our university.
- After completing the registration process, log in to the system and review the courses available in the joint course pool.
- Select the courses you wish to apply for and create your application draft.
- In order for your application to be considered valid, you must enter your current CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) in the system and upload your current transcript.
- Finalize your application after completing all required steps. (Important: Applications left in draft status will not be evaluated.)
Application Principles and Rules
• Students may apply for a maximum of 4 (four) courses.
• Following the evaluation process, a student may be officially enrolled in a maximum of 2 (two) courses.
• Selecting a course during the application process does not guarantee admission to that course.
• Course placements will be made based on students’ preference rankings, course capacities, and CGPAs. Evaluation will begin with the first preference. If a student cannot be placed in a course due to capacity limitations or CGPA ranking, their subsequent preferences will be evaluated in order.
• The system does not allow students to select courses whose class hours overlap.
• Course descriptions, instructor information, course days and hours, and other detailed information can be accessed through the TUB Application System.
• It is entirely the student’s responsibility to complete and finalize the application in full within the specified application period.
