Spring Semester 2025–2026, Second Term: Submission of Term Projects for the Non-Thesis Master’s Program

For the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, the Term Project for the Second-Cycle Non-Thesis Master’s Program must be submitted to the advisors by June 26, 2026.        

For graduation, the Term Project and its attachments must be submitted to the Department by July 17, 2026.

FR-0436 Project Eligibility Report: The project, prepared in accordance with the thesis writing guidelines, must be approved by the relevant Department’s Thesis Review Officer, after which all signatures must be completed. Click here for the Department’s Thesis Review Officer.  

FR-0435 Non-Thesis Master’s Project Record: This form must be prepared in duplicate; one copy is submitted to the Office of Student Affairs, and the other to the Department Chair. You can contact the Program Coordinator/Program Executive Committee here.

Project PDF File: The Department Secretary uploads the term project to the system. (Starting from the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, a physical project (bound copy) and CD are no longer required.)

FR-0175 Undergraduate/Graduate Withdrawal Form: An email (ogrenci@gtu.edu.tr) requesting the initiation of the online withdrawal process for graduation must be sent to the Office of Student Affairs.  Approval is granted after the Graduate Information System (https://obs.gtu.edu.tr/oibs/kariyer/login.aspx) is completed. (Office of Student Affairs) Approval from all relevant units must be obtained, and a printout of the relevant page must be attached. (Approval from the Graduate School is granted after all documents are completed and the graduation decision is made by the Board of Directors.)
