To change your academic advisor for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year, the relevant form must be submitted to the Department between June 1 and September 4, 2026.

Advisor changes are made within the period specified in the academic calendar, based on the application of the student and/or current advisor, the approval of the new advisor, the recommendation of the Program Executive Committee and/or Department Chair, and the decision of the Institute Management Board.
NOTE: Article 20 (SE) f: If the thesis work is conducted within the scope of a specialization course or a project/program, the approval/waiver of the current advisor and the student's waiver of the thesis topic are required for the advisor change. |
