Course registrations for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year will be conducted between February 9 and 13, 2026. Students who wish to apply for a leave of absence must submit their application to the Department, together with the reason for the leave of absence and the required supporting documents, between February 16 and March 06, 2026. Click here for the FR-0853 Enrollment Freeze Application Form. The application must include the following attachments: 1. Transcript 2. An approved document indicating the reason for the leave of absence* ***YÜSEM Certificate, Birth Certificate, or an official document issued by the institution where the applicant is employed, printed on official letterhead and signed by an authorized person, etc. *If the documents listed in the Application Form are incomplete, the request for a leave of absence will not be processed. |
