Master's Thesis Topic Notification Online Process

Online process for declaring thesis topics for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year;
Master's Thesis Topic Declaration will take place between January 2 and January 30, 2026.

Step 1: The student fills out the Master's Thesis Topic Notification form,

Step 2: The student approves it, then submits it to the advisor and Program Coordinator for approval,

Step 3: After the approvals are given as Acceptance or Rejection, the phrase "signed by me" will appear on the form and this phrase will be accepted as a signature. When the form is Rejected, the process must be restarted by making new arrangements.

The Thesis Topic will be sent to the Department Heads and Department Secretaries via email.

In addition, wet-signed documents will not be requested.
