For the Fall Semester Thesis Defense of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, theses and documents must be submitted to the Department Chair by 5:00 PM on Friday, January 23, 2026. The relevant documents will be forwarded to the Institute by the Department Chair via EBYS.
After the relevant documents and thesis defense juries are approved by the Management Board, students must defend their theses within one month and, if successful, submit their bound theses and documents to the Institute within one month.
