The relevant form must be completed and submitted to the Graduate School Administration between September 22 and October 3, 2025. Bank Statement (Bank account to which the fee will be deposited: If deemed appropriate by the Institute Board of Directors, the Student Affairs Office will define your account in the system and you will receive an email regarding your fee payment). The fee for each 3-credit course (including Scientific Preparation) for the Fall Semester 2025-2026 is 1950 TL. For foreign students, this price is 6000 TL. Tuition fee for non-thesis courses in the second cycle: 6,000 TL; tuition fee for thesis courses in the second cycle: 9,000 TL.
