Course registration for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year will take place between September 15-19, 2025. Students wishing to freeze their registration must apply to the Department between September 22 and October 10, 2025, with the reason for freezing their registration and supporting documents, after obtaining their advisor's opinion. Click here for the FR-0853 Enrollment Freeze Application Form. The application must include the following attachments: 1. Advisor Approval 2. Transcript 3. Relevant approved document showing the reason for freezing registration (YÜSEM Certificate for military service, Birth Certificate, etc.) "The right to freeze registration for the relevant semester may be granted with the recommendation of the Department Chair and the decision of the Institute Management Board." |
