For students who will dismiss voluntarily: Step 1: The student (with gtu extension) fills out the relevant form from the e-mail address and starts the process of obtaining approval from the relevant units. Step 2: After the application of the students, acceptance or rejection messages will be sent to the corporate e-mails of the units and the personnel in charge of the unit. After the approvals are given as acceptance or rejection, the phrase ‘signed by me’ will appear on the form and this phrase will be accepted as a signature. Information about the process will be sent to your e-mails with GTU extension. It is very important that you check the e-mail addresses with GTU extension. Step 3: After all approvals are completed, the document will be sent to the Graduate School Directorate via e-mail. In addition, no wet signed documents will be requested. Approval Process Stages: 1. Student Approval 2. Advisor Approval 3. Department Head Approval 4. Student Affairs Office 5. Erasmus Office Coordination Approval 6. Health, Culture and Sports Office Approval 7. Library Office Approval 8. Information Technology Office Approval You can track the progress of the document to ensure approvals are completed promptly. The Graduate School Administrative Board takes the decision. The decision is forwarded to the Registrar's Office and the Head of the Department. |
