Students who want to freeze their registration for the Spring Semester of 2024-2025 Academic Year must apply to the Department between 24 February - 14 March 2025 with the reason for the registration freeze and its annexes, taking the opinion of the advisor. ‘The student may be granted the right to freeze registration in the relevant semester with the opinion of the advisor, the recommendation of the Programme Coordinator and/or the Head of the Department and the decision of the Institute Board of Directors.’ |
