2023-2024 Summer Term Internship Announcement

Students who wish to do an internship during the 2023-2024 academic year summer break will be able to do their internship at any time within the period, provided that they meet the following conditions.

• Internship applications have to be made at the latest 2 weeks before the start date of the internship. Applications made after the specified date will also be accepted. However, if the approval process is not completed, the application will be considered invalid. (The approval process is completed with the approval of the application by the Dean.)

• The earliest internship start date is Monday, June 24, 2024.

• The latest internship end date has to be one working day before the start date of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester classes, Friday, September 20, 2024. For students attending summer school, this date is Friday, September 27, 2024, at the latest.

• Internships must be done without interruption and for 20 working days. All applications made outside this period will be rejected. (In internships to be carried out within the scope of Erasmus, the said time restrictions will not be applied, and it is possible to do an internship for as long as Erasmus accepts.)

• Internship documents (internship book, surveys, internship acceptance document, internship certificate, entitlement document, transcript document, etc.) must be submitted by the first Friday of the semester (September 27, 2024). For those who start their internship late due to summer school, it must be submitted by Friday of the second week of the semester (October 4, 2024).
