2020-2021 GRADUATE APPLICATIONS INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
Each candidate will be added as a guest user to the GTU-Graduate School Interviews team, where the interview will take place in MS Teams, with the email address they used in their application. Each candidate is required to check their email address and follow the instructions in the pdf file titled Attendance of External Participant to the Meeting*.
*It will be available in the announcements section and will be sent by e-mail.
For identity verification, each candidate must have a camera on his/her computer and it must be in working condition. In order to avoid any problems, each candidate is expected to download the MS Teams application and check their camera and microphone in advance.
Master's degree interviews are scheduled as a single session on the same day. The next candidate will be interviewed in order not to waste time in the interviews that cannot be held. For this reason, candidates are required to wait ready at their computers during the session they will attend. The order in which candidates are taken to the interview is given in a table at the end of the announcement.
The applications of the candidates who do not attend the session will be invalidated.

Each candidate is required to log in to their Teams accounts using their browser or Teams desktop/mobile app 15 minutes before the scheduled event time according to the instructions in the pdf file titled External Participant Joining the Meeting and stay online until the end of the interview. The GTU-Graduate School Interviews team sends a message to the relevant Research Assistant under the heading . The relevant Research Assistant will contact the candidates who are online and add them to the interview in order.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR CANDIDATES TO BE PRESENT AT THE COMPUTER DURING THE SESSION AND TO BE ONLINE IN MS TEAMS PROGRAM.
