Invited by Öznur Aybey, a teacher at Gebze Imam Hatip High School, to give a presentation within the scope of the "Academics in our classes" event, Dr. Lecturer Şafak Gök from our institute staff gave two one-hour presentations in two separate classes of approximately 20-25 people. Some physics and chemistry teachers of the school also listened to the presentation. In the presentation, the subject and purpose of micro and nanotechnology, material growth and analysis methods were explained. The basic lithography studies we conducted in our Micro/Nano Device Production Laboratory were mentioned. Information was given about the Micro/Nano Device Production Laboratory, Nanotechnology Institute and Gebze Technical University education and laboratory equipment. Turkey's position in clean room technologies and micro/nanotechnology was mentioned. At the end of the presentation, students' questions were answered.
